Delete your LigaSet account

Permanently remove your account and associated LigaSet data.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

Sign in, then type DELETE to confirm permanent account deletion.

Delete in the mobile app

  1. Open LigaSet and sign in.
  2. Open Profile, then Settings.
  3. Under Account, choose “Delete account”.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

Request deletion without app access

Email support@ligaset.app from the email address on your LigaSet account with the subject “LigaSet account deletion request”. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile and personal details, availability, friendships, memberships, authored posts, groups you created, pending matches, and personal rating profile are removed. Minimal security or legal records may be retained only when required by law or necessary to prevent fraud.

What remains

Confirmed match scores remain in other participants’ histories under the anonymous label “Deleted player”. They are no longer connected to your identity or sign-in. Keeping those shared results prevents account deletion from silently changing another player’s match record or rating.
