Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and use LigaSet only if you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for activity through your account.

Community and fair play

LigaSet has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not post or send harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, discriminatory content, sexual or exploitative content, graphic violence, illegal content, spam, scams, impersonation, or targeted abuse. You must not manipulate scores or ratings, scrape the service, evade safety controls, or interfere with LigaSet.

Matches, scores and result removal

Match arrangements and ratings are informational community features. Players are responsible for confirming venues, attendance, safety and accurate results, including scores entered for guests or doubles teams. Ratings, statistics and recent form depend on recorded results and may change when those records are corrected or removed.

Requesting removal of a completed result does not immediately delete it or change ratings. The designated player on the opposing side must approve; in doubles, your teammate cannot approve for the other team. Pending or declined requests leave the result in place. Approval removes the result and its associated activity and recalculates affected ratings and statistics. A record of the removal request and outcome is retained.

Profiles and user content

Your player profile can show playing details such as skill level, playing hand, club links, ratings and recent match form to other users. Share only information, photos and other content that you have the right to share, and respect other people’s privacy. You retain rights in content you submit and give LigaSet permission to host, display and process it only as needed to provide the service, including safety and support. Clubs, invitations and XP

Club invitation links can be shared and forwarded. Joining through a link associates your account with that club in LigaSet and may award the inviter XP for an eligible join. Do not use spam, fake accounts, self-invitations or repeated joins to manipulate rewards. XP is an in-app progress measure with no cash value. A club listing, profile link or in-app membership does not guarantee venue access, a booking or membership in the physical club; confirm those arrangements directly with the venue.

Messaging and notifications

Our community rules apply to direct messages, shared photos and activity as well as profiles. With device permission, LigaSet can send push notifications for match invitations, submitted scores, result-removal updates, friend requests and chat messages. You can manage notification types and chat previews in Preferences and device permissions in system settings. Previews may reveal message content on your lock screen. Delivery can be delayed or unavailable, so check the app to confirm match details and responses. You can use LigaSet without enabling push notifications.

Training sessions and payments

A training-session request is not a confirmed booking. The trainer must approve the arrangements, and you must accept any proposed alternative before completing the available payment step. Review the session time, location, amount and currency before confirming. Card payments are processed by Stripe; where offered, paying in person is settled directly with the trainer. Saving a card requires a separate authorization and does not itself purchase a session or authorize unrelated charges.

Eligible future sessions can be cancelled using the booking controls. Cancelling a card-paid future session requests a full refund; the booking shows refund progress while the payment provider processes it. Contact support for failed refunds or arrangements that cannot be changed in the app. Account deletion does not itself cancel or refund a completed purchase. Review outstanding bookings and refunds before deleting your account. Nothing here limits applicable consumer rights.

Reporting, blocking and enforcement

Every player can report content or users and block abusive users from chat, activity, and player surfaces. Blocking removes that player and their content from the blocking player’s experience immediately and notifies LigaSet for review. We may remove content and warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms. Serious threats or illegal conduct may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Support requests

You can submit a request and track its status through the support page. Requests submitted while signed in are linked to your account so we can investigate and follow up. Provide accurate details and only information needed to resolve the issue; never include passwords or verification codes. For objectionable content or abusive users, use the reporting tools so the relevant content reaches our moderation team.

Privacy and advertising measurement

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process account-linked profile details, sports records, messages, photos, support requests, device information and app interactions. Mobile builds with Meta App Events enabled use device identifiers and app events to measure advertising performance. On iOS, advertiser tracking is subject to your App Tracking Transparency permission, which you can change in system settings. Accepting these terms does not grant that permission, and declining it does not prevent you from using LigaSet.

Account deletion and service changes

You may stop using LigaSet and delete your account from Settings at any time. The account deletion page explains how to request deletion. Confirmed match results are shared records and may remain with a non-identifying placeholder after account deletion to preserve opponents’ history and ratings. Retention of support, safety and other records is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Features may change or be interrupted. We may update these terms as the service changes and will identify the current document by its update date. Where renewed acceptance is requested in the app, review the current terms and Privacy Policy before continuing.

Disclaimers and responsibility

LigaSet is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by applicable law. We do not control third-party venues or guarantee that other users will attend a match. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
